What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to step into a Store Manager or Cluster Manager role, driving multi-store P&L, team leadership, and operational excellence across a larger dark-store network.

At Blinkit, I manage end-to-end dark-store operations, from inbound receiving and put away through order fulfilment and last-mile coordination. I maintain daily SLA and TAT discipline across 2,500 to 3,500 orders per day.

I use Superset and store dashboards to track operational performance, identify gaps, and report to senior leadership. I monitor fast-moving SKUs and replenishment needs to reduce PNA and stock-outs.

At Reliance Retail Ltd., I handled store operations, CCTV auditing, inventory controls, and operational compliance. I led store teams and supported shrinkage reduction, discrepancy investigations, and process improvement.
