I’m a Test Lead with 5 years of experience in automation and quality engineering across banking and enterprise environments. I lead test strategy, planning, and execution for critical releases—keeping the whole team aligned to deliver quality under tight deadlines, while acting as an SME across multiple concurrent projects.
I build reliable automation-first testing practices by combining Core Java, TestNG, Cucumber, and Karate with scalable, maintainable, risk-based testing. In my current role, I improved regression efficiency using Java and Selenium WebDriver, running large-scale regression cycles executing 1200+ test cases weekly prior to production releases.
I also strengthen delivery by integrating automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jules) for faster developer feedback and In-Sprint Automation using reusable suites. Beyond execution, I drive quality governance through daily QA activity management, JIRA dashboards with JQL, qTest + JIRA reporting, and continuous defect prevention using AI-enabled tools in day-to-day testing.
