I am a Clinical Data Manager with over 9 years of experience in the Clinical Trials arena, specializing in database programming and development within the healthcare industry. My extensive background includes hands-on experience with EDC systems like REDCAP and MEDIDATA RAVE, as well as proficiency in SAS programming. I have a strong understanding of the drug development process for Phase I, II, and III clinical trials, which allows me to effectively lead and execute database setup procedures for both paper-based and web-based clinical data management systems.

Throughout my career, I have successfully supervised teams of clinical data managers and programmers, providing mentorship and training to junior staff while fostering a positive team culture. My role at Baylor Scott and White Research involves working on CDC-sponsored studies, where I develop mapping specifications and clinical database support.
