My academic background has equipped me with a solid foundation in business principles, which I have effectively applied in my professional journey.

Since August 2020, I have been working at Bank of America as a Senior Team Member. Over the course of 4 years and 5 months, I have honed my skills in managing processes such as ATM exceptions and CARES. My commitment to excellence has been recognized through multiple awards, including the Employer of the Month and several Bronze awards for outstanding performance and target completion.
