As Product Owner for 60+ enterprise customers, I translate business problems into scalable solutions, executable sprint plans, and 500+ user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. I also lead functional, regression, and UAT validation across 20–30 features per sprint release, helping achieve zero business-critical functional defects before release.

I've managed four Business Analysts, operationally led L1 Support, and supported enterprise migrations for Autodesk and Cloud Software Group. I designed migration automation that reduced onboarding time by over 80%, from approximately three months to one to two weeks, and I build open-source tools including a JavaScript Chrome extension for Google Photos bulk deletion.
