Deema Elkahlout

I’m a campaign coordinator combining Mass Communication and Translation with a special education focus, dedicated to creating inclusive, accessible community programs. I coordinate accessibility education initiatives, develop bilingual content, and build partnerships for social impact.

In my roles, I support neurodivergent learners and those with learning differences, coordinating accessibility and autism-focused community work. Most notably, I helped coordinate Qatar's first autism-friendly café network, training 17+ cafés (100+ staff) on inclusive practices and accessible communication.

I also bring strong media experience as a content writer for platforms across the Middle East, researching and producing engaging, culturally relevant stories that express social issues. I use tools like Canva, Beehiiv, ElevenLabs, and Midjourney to draft, design, and publish content while maintaining a people-centered, proactive approach to collaboration.
