I'm managing global non-trade procurement for adidas Emerging Markets, supporting regions including India, Turkey, UAE, Egypt, Israel, and parts of Europe. I lead source-to-contract activities across facilities, professional services, technology, transport, marketing, and general administration.
I identify suppliers, run RFI, RFQ, and RFP events through SAP Ariba, negotiate commercial and contractual terms, and manage MSAs, addendums, and SLAs. I drive savings targets above 12% per project while partnering with Finance, Legal, Infosec Privacy, HR, Marketing, Facility Management, and Store Development.
Previously at Whirlpool India, I led strategic sourcing for a $24M electronics commodity portfolio and worked with suppliers across China, India, Vietnam, and Thailand. My work included localization, new supplier onboarding, BOM cost management, commercial strategy, market analysis, supplier relationships, and supply continuity.
My earlier product-development roles at LG Electronics and IFB Home Appliances built my foundation in electronics, cost control, VA/VE, PCB development, testing, benchmarking, and failure analysis.
