I've spent twelve years partnering with attorneys, clients, subject-matter experts, and analytical teams to map workflows, identify failure points, and produce defensible work product. My current work applies human benchmarks, prompt calibration, systematic error analysis, and human-in-the-loop controls to improve the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of LLM-assisted workflows.
