At Cyberonics Limited, I take client AI SaaS platforms from requirements through release as the sole engineer. My work spans system design, APIs, frontends, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.

I build permission-aware RAG and document intelligence systems that combine hybrid search, reranking, and structured extraction. For sensitive applications, I implement access controls, PII redaction, audit trails, and private model inference.

On PharmaAI, I built a citation-backed copilot for pharma quality documents, shipping both a cloud edition and an air-gapped desktop app with no cloud calls. It includes controlled review and approval workflows for GxP outputs.

I also built LLMConnect, a multi-tenant chatbot platform, and a LangGraph SRE agent that triages incidents and routes approved fixes through deployment pipelines. Earlier, as an AI Research Intern at Institute of Space Technology, I built an on-premises Urdu/English assistant with private voice access to institutional knowledge.
