What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my construction estimating, budgeting, and leadership experience to complex civil, concrete, and general contracting projects.

I've delivered cost estimates, takeoffs, proposals, and budgets for construction projects ranging from $250,000 to $25 million. At Battaglia Associates, I estimate civil substation and commercial concrete work, defining scope, timelines, labor, materials, and project risks.

Previously, I built and led D.W. Talley, LLC and Talley Brothers Inc., developing concrete, site construction, and general contracting businesses valued at $10 million and $35 million. My work has supported projects for General Motors, Kraft Foods, Christiana Hospital, New Castle County Library, Delaware Air National Guard Reserve Center, Howard High School, and Whitehall Elementary School.
