At Raymond James Financial, I support a highly regulated hybrid identity environment for 60,000 users across Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. My work includes maintaining identity and network services, remediating vulnerabilities, and contributing to IAM and IGA projects.
At SLB, I architected and managed a global hybrid Active Directory environment supporting 150,000+ users across on-premises systems, Microsoft Entra ID, and Google Cloud. I implemented monitoring that helped maintain 99.9% uptime and led migrations of more than 100 legacy systems.
I also designed disaster-recovery plans that reduced potential downtime from 12 hours to under 2 hours, and strengthened access controls with Windows Hello for Business, MFA, and RBAC. Earlier at SLB, I provided Tier 2 IT support and worked on desktop deployments, endpoint security, and data migrations.
