I’m a Data Analyst who brings relationship management strength and a clear ability to interpret and create sales report. I thrive in both solitary and team-collaborative settings, and I’m especially fascinated by technology developments in the data sector.

At IHS Towers, I built and monitored a tracking system for process changes and validated data for accuracy and consistency. I updated and maintained sales dashboards in Power BI for real-time KPI visualisations, and I managed cloud-based data pipelines while visualising large datasets using Excel and Power BI to support sales planning and performance improvement initiatives.

Previously at Yebox Technologies, I designed and defined comprehensive data points across pre-event, in-event, and post-event stages to deliver actionable insights. I developed detailed personas, established event engagement and logistics metrics (including registration modes and accommodation details), and collaborated with stakeholders to ensure data collection aligned with operational and strategic goals.

I also supported marketing outcomes as a Marketing Assistant, refining advertising video content through biweekly strategy sessions and using analysis to inform creative that attracts and converts customers. In my current project work, I’m creating an Expenses Dashboard by transforming paper-based records into structured Excel datasets, building pivot tables and interactive dashboards to uncover cost patterns and trends.
