What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote US role where I can own complex, regulated workflows end to end, collaborate closely with product and operations partners, and build reliable systems with Eastern or Pacific time overlap.

At Alto Pharmacy, I own healthcare workflows from React and TypeScript clients through Rails services and data models, covering prescription intake, benefits, billing, clinical review, fulfillment, refills, and delivery.

I design REST contracts, typed client state, and resilient operational flows for prior authorizations, blocked fills, benefits investigation, exception resolution, and delivery scheduling. I improve reliability through Redis caching, SQL optimization, defensive error handling, regression tests, monitoring, and incident response.

Previously at Caffeine, I built customer-facing live-broadcasting features and coordinated API contracts across frontend and distributed backend services using React, Node.js, Express, Go, SQL, and NoSQL systems.

My four years in data analysis at Intuit, Omnicell, and Parrot AT&T help me turn ambiguous operational, clinical, finance, and product requirements into evidence-based technical decisions. I work daily with Claude Code and GitHub Copilot while validating output against requirements and security constraints.
