At Dividend Group, I develop and support monitoring and evaluation plans, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports on project achievements, challenges, and lessons learned. I also conduct field visits to monitor implementation and verify reported results.

Previously, I coordinated gender mainstreaming activities at Mangochi District Council and contributed to gender-related research, reports, and community awareness sessions. I hold a Bachelor of Social Science in Development Studies from The Catholic University of Malawi.
