At Keeper Security, I own product-level test strategy for Keeper Connection Manager and lead a three-person QA team. I grew KCM’s test suite from zero to 600 TestRail cases, with about half automated from my test designs, and sustained a post-production bug ratio under 2%.
I designed agentic, multi-agent test execution with Claude Code, cutting test runs from hours to minutes while a separate agent verifies each result. My work also includes authentication and access-control testing across supported protocols and platforms, as well as end-to-end testing of integrations and dependency upgrades.
