Darshini Singh

I’m a paralegal candidate with a Seneca Polytechnic Paralegal Diploma Program (Law Society of Ontario–accredited) and a strong foundation in document drafting, research, and case file organization. I work with a high standard of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail—especially in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Through my Paralegal Field Placement at a criminal defence law firm, I supported stages of the criminal litigation process, including client meetings, bail hearings, judicial pre-trials, and court proceedings. I conducted legal research, drafted legal documents and correspondence, prepared case summaries for trial preparation, and assisted with scanning, uploading, and organizing documents while upholding professional and ethical standards under the Law Society of Ontario’s Paralegal Rules of Conduct.

Outside of legal practice, I’ve built strong administrative and client-support skills through roles like Leasing Assistant, Financial Aid Officer, and Senior Support Services Officer. I coordinated lease documentation and legal notices, maintained leasing software powered by Yardi, and created tenant marketing/information packages using Bluebeam, while also delivering clear scheduling and communication support using MS Teams and in-person coordination.
