At TELUS Digital, I build authorization and identity systems that serve millions of users and access requests every day.
I scaled an OPA-based authorization engine to 6M+ daily requests, cut policy propagation from 20 minutes to under five seconds, and onboarded 1.5K+ microservice APIs to fine-grained ABAC.
I led a zero-downtime migration of 1M+ users from Auth0 to a custom OAuth2/OIDC layer, saving $120K+ annually. I also improved a role-resolution API's p95 latency from 7 seconds to 3 seconds through PostgreSQL query-plan restructuring.
I enjoy working from systems fundamentals upward, from Go storage engines and event-driven services to technical writing on software, AI, physics, and mathematics.
