I'm engineering recombinant Vibrio natriegens strains in UWA's Fritz Lab to optimize 3-HP biomanufacturing from acetate. I run high-throughput resting-cell assays and use HPLC to quantify substrate consumption and product yields.
My biotechnology research also includes enzymatic assays, media optimization, RStudio analysis, TLC, and agar double-layer assays at BRIN. I've applied GMP, HACCP, QA, QC, SOP, and chemical-handling practices in high-volume food processing and chemical-product logistics, and I'm seeking to contribute to industrial biotechnology operations, quality assurance, and R&D.
