I am proficient in using accounting systems such as Odoo and A.I.M.S., and I am familiar with QuickBooks for basic financial tasks. Currently, I work as a General Accounting Assistant at JF Draf Pharmaceuticals Corporation, where I maintain accurate financial records, perform reconciliations, and prepare journal entries to support month-end and year-end closings. I also process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification and payment handling. My previous role as an Accounts Receivable Assistant allowed me to manage high-volume invoicing and ensure timely, accurate billing while reconciling the AR ledger using A.I.M.S. I take pride in optimizing collection processes and fostering positive client relationships through proactive communication.
