I've designed end-to-end web and mobile experiences for fintech, healthtech, SaaS, EdTech, and B2B products, from user research and wireframes through high-fidelity prototypes, design systems, and developer handoff.
As an independent UX/UI Designer, I designed medical dashboards and patient and doctor apps for SanteLinkPlus; product experiences for Hoozon, FGT, LABMRY, DrimzWallet, TrackMyChild, and Herita. My work includes AI-assisted teleconsultation, invoicing, mass payments, school management, family networks, and medical lab workflows.
At ISDG SARL, I identified usability issues in COSNA Afrique and proposed Mopalasu, taking ownership of journeys for transfers, beneficiaries, payment methods, and history. I improved KYC, payment, and confirmation flows through UX testing and iteration for a product handling over €150,000 in monthly transfers and 7,000+ active users.
I've also built design systems across payments, telemedicine, and vehicle tracking at Mounir Holding, where I led and mentored six designers while staying hands-on. My front-end background in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Vue.js, and Git helps me work closely with engineers and deliver implementation-ready designs.
