At Hendercross Global SA, I lead Administration and Finance for a Salesforce partner operating in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and the U.S. My work includes cash flow, monthly close, tax compliance, and executive reporting to the partners.
I managed a liquidity crisis by projecting cash flow and presenting a capital contribution plan to the partners. I’m also leading financial due diligence for an M&A process, including reconciliation of financial statements and management reports.
I designed an automated invoicing and control system using ARCA, Google Drive, and Excel that handles more than 60 monthly documents and eliminated recurring manual tasks. Previously, at Avenga (ex Incluit), I handled client invoicing and collections across the Americas, as well as payments and finance.
