At Evopoint Solutions, I work on web test automation with Selenium WebDriver, Katalon Studio, and Cypress. I design and maintain POM frameworks, run functional and regression tests, and validate REST APIs with Postman.
At Babel, I automated mobile and web testing with WebdriverIO, Cucumber, and TypeScript/JavaScript, focusing on Android applications. I created Gherkin scenarios and maintained frameworks, and integrated Allure Reports into test workflows.
At Teleperformance, I performed functional, regression, and user acceptance testing, using requirements-based test cases, Jira, Postman, and SQL queries. I also worked as a Customer Service QA, evaluating calls and cases and documenting recommendations.
