At BeHope Inc., I owned an end-to-end AI support platform whose agent resolves 89% of customer queries without a human. I built its Next.js and TypeScript interface, modular NestJS APIs, and PostgreSQL schema, then deployed it on GCP.
At Scipace LLC, I designed AWS architecture for an AI ed-tech platform that generates slides, talking-head video, and TTS narration. Its API runs on auto-scaling ECS/Fargate, with an SQS queue connecting it to a spot-instance GPU worker fleet.
I also built smart-contract-backed APIs at FAST National University of Computing and Emerging Sciences, and CI/CD pipelines during my internship at Contour Software. My projects include PropertyPal, a React Native property-management app, a self-hosted real-time chat system, and ectl, a published npm package for running long jobs on AWS EC2.
