At Clear Focus Technology supporting FERC, I architect and support secure Azure Government foundations across Dev, QA/Test, Pre-Production, and Production. I build reusable Terraform modules, govern CI/CD workflows in GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps, and help teams move workloads safely into modern Azure environments.

I strengthened credential protection by migrating Function App secrets to Key Vault references using managed identities and RBAC. I also delivered 150+ diagnostic settings into environment-specific Log Analytics workspaces and built KQL investigations and observability dashboards for security monitoring and operational visibility.

Previously, at VSE Corp supporting SSA and Synechron Consulting, I contributed to cloud transformation, landing zones, hybrid connectivity, DevSecOps scanning, Kubernetes operations, and secure infrastructure as code across Azure, AWS, and GCP. I partnered closely with infrastructure, security, networking, and application teams to make cloud adoption practical, governed, and repeatable.

My foundation in systems engineering includes Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, disaster recovery, automation, and frontline operational support. I bring a security-first approach to architecture, identity, deployment reliability, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
