What I'm looking for

I am seeking a perioperative nursing role that leverages my cardiac/ transplant OR expertise, emphasizes team collaboration, operational leadership, and opportunities to improve OR efficiency and clinical outcomes.

I am a perioperative registered nurse with over a decade of experience delivering high-quality care in high-acuity surgical environments. I have worked in both circulating and scrub roles across cardiothoracic, vascular, and transplant procedures, and I am recognized for surgical excellence and team collaboration.

I have led supply management and surgical instrumentation coordination, managed annual inventories, evaluated new products through Value Analysis, and coordinated vendor-supported in-services and case support. I have driven improvements in on-time case starts and turnover efficiency while conducting annual performance evaluations and mentoring clinical staff.

I build strong relationships with new surgeons, onboarding and organizing surgical preferences and instruments, and I seek a new nursing opportunity where I can apply my clinical skills, operational leadership, and commitment to improving OR efficiency.
