Danielle Ferguson

I am a dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant with hands-on experience in ADLs, wound care, vital sign monitoring, specimen collection, and patient transfers. I completed a Nurse Assistant program at Modesto Junior College in April 2024 and have worked in post-acute and long-term care settings.

At Riverbank Post-Acute and Almond Vista Healthcare Center I developed strong EHR proficiency, medical terminology knowledge, infection control practice, and meticulous record-keeping. I consistently communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams while demonstrating compassion, empathy, and attention to detail.

I am reliable, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or collaboratively. I seek to continue contributing quality patient care and to grow my clinical skills in supportive healthcare environments.
