Daniel Gopchuk

I’m a Junior System Administrator and DevOps trainee with a strong interest in Linux systems, infrastructure management, and DevOps practices. I enjoy solving technical problems, improving system reliability, and automating routine processes with a practical, hands-on mindset.

In production environments, I’ve supported critical healthcare and pharmacy distribution IT infrastructure where availability and reliability mattered every day. I diagnosed and repaired workstations, network devices, and specialized printing equipment, managed user accounts and access permissions, and helped monitor local area networks across multiple locations to minimize downtime.

Right now, I’m building deeper engineering foundations through my Automation and Computer-Integrated Technologies degree and a diploma project on Smart Home Automation. I’m also comfortable working with Linux-based systems, scripting, and containerized environments, and I’m actively learning tools like Terraform and AWS exposure to expand my DevOps capabilities.
