At Future Electronics, I established the global Information Security function, setting its strategy, governance, and operations. I also created the enterprise AI governance program for secure adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Fabric, Claude, and internal LLM solutions.

At Equisoft, I built the cybersecurity and privacy program from the ground up and achieved SOC 2 Type II compliance and NIST framework alignment within nine months. Earlier, I co-founded DAX Inc., which grew to over 20 employees and $2 million in annual revenue before its successful sale.
