At Thoth, I lead QA operations for AI training datasets across Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Arabic, Turkish, and Russian markets. I manage and mentor 20+ annotators, audit video, image, and comment datasets, and build QA frameworks that improve consistency, reduce bias, and strengthen model-training quality.

Previously, I led QA strategy for TabRabbit’s web and mobile applications, reducing customer-reported issues by 95% through stronger QA processes. I also performed API testing with Postman and coordinated QA work across engineering and product teams.

Through freelance work and as co-founder of The Ira Effect, I’ve supported fintech, web, and mobile products with usability, accessibility, data analysis, and release-quality improvements. I use Google Analytics to uncover engagement issues and work with design and development teams to improve product flows and WCAG 2.1 compliance.

I bring more than 10 years of experience in functional, regression, API, and accessibility testing, and I’m currently expanding into automation with Playwright. I’m comfortable leading distributed teams and creating practical QA workflows that make products more stable and easier to use.
