What I'm looking for

I'm looking to use business intelligence, SQL, and Power BI to solve complex business challenges, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making through cross-functional collaboration.

At HealthTrust Performance Group, I build SQL queries, reports, and Power BI dashboards that turn complex datasets into timely performance metrics for operational and executive stakeholders. I investigate reporting inconsistencies through data validation and root-cause analysis, improving data integrity and supporting informed decisions.

I translate business objectives into technical requirements, partner with IT on LMS tracking and regulatory updates, and support cloud migration for scalable analytics. I also use Microsoft Copilot prompt development to accelerate SQL delivery and improve analytics documentation.
