At Universidad Industrial de Santander, I grew from Backend Developer (Java) to Software Architect for the Information Systems Renewal platform. I redesigned shared authorization and multimedia services, and migrated services to Docker on Kubernetes.

I built production observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Tempo, and raised quality gates in GitLab CI/CD. Earlier, I cut a critical menu query from seconds to milliseconds and contributed to the UIS App and SNCPV App.
