What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote technology or IT support opportunities, or on-site roles in Temuco, where I can contribute to development, support, customer service, sales, or operations while continuing to learn new technologies and tools.

I'm developing an AI agent for WhatsApp that automates conversations and customer attention through AI tools and API integrations. I'm also building a web system for a private pharmaceutical company using Laravel, backend technologies, and databases.

Through academic and personal projects, I've built data-oriented solutions with Python, Django, Django REST Framework, Laravel, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and REST APIs. I'm currently in my third year of Cybersecurity Engineering at INACAP and expect to qualify as a Programmer Analyst in 2026.

I've also supported customers and users at Technoplus and Hospital Hernán Henríquez Aravena, explaining information clearly and resolving requests in high-demand environments. I bring a practical service mindset, problem-solving ability, and a strong willingness to keep learning.
