In my current role as an Innovation Manager at Bilfinger Engineering & Consultancy BeNe, I lead the implementation, scaling, and institutionalization of AI-driven tools with autonomous agents across multiple business units in Europe. I run the full implementation lifecycle—vision, roadmap, governance, communication, adoption, and long-term operational embedding—using the Janus method (innovators to laggards) and Kotter’s change framework to build internal momentum and move organizations from pilot to practice. Earlier, I combined commercial and technical rigor as a Senior Tender Manager leading complex public tender trajectories (>2.5m) in the Netherlands and Belgium, and I’ve also led sustainability initiatives with teams of 2 employees and 30 students, scaling a sustainability department into a team of 14 professionals.
