What I'm looking for

I'm transitioning my experience in data analysis, auditing, compliance, and performance measurement into healthcare, with a focus on healthcare reimbursement, data management, and health information systems.

At WESTGATE COMMUNITY SCHOOL, I used Excel to analyze assessment and performance data, then created customized reports that helped staff and leadership understand trends and make informed decisions.

I also built a SharePoint environment from the ground up and audited regulated records for accuracy, completeness, timelines, and compliance. As Assistant Principal / Special Populations Coordinator at THE ACADEMY OF CHARTER SCHOOLS, I analyzed operational and compliance data, investigated discrepancies, and monitored outcomes after interventions and process changes.

At CRYSTAL WAREHOUSE COLORADO, I maintain and analyze online sales, transaction, inventory, and customer information, investigating discrepancies across sources. I'm completing an accelerated B.S. in Health Information Management at WESTERN GOVERNORS UNIVERSITY, with coursework in healthcare reimbursement, data management, statistics, compliance, and health information systems; I plan to sit for the RHIA examination as soon as eligible.
