I am a compliance-focused lawyer with practical experience across banking, law firms, and corporate legal teams, holding a Master’s Degree in Private Law with honors. I combine legal research, contract drafting, and regulatory analysis to support sound decision-making and risk mitigation.
At BLOM Bank I coordinate legal compliance activities, review policies, and support AML/CFT efforts to ensure adherence to local and international banking regulations. I work closely with Risk and Internal Audit to close compliance gaps and assess new products before launch.
Earlier roles in law firms and corporate settings sharpened my litigation support, contract drafting, and client-communication skills, from preparing legal memoranda to assisting in depositions and trials.
