I am an experienced Legal Counsel with over eight years of expertise in litigation, arbitration, corporate compliance, and international business law. My career has spanned across Lebanon, the GCC, and West Africa, where I have honed my skills in managing contracts, setting up companies, and advising on complex construction, investment, and development projects.

Throughout my professional journey, I have successfully led governance initiatives and ensured compliance with local and international regulations. I have drafted, negotiated, and managed numerous commercial contracts, including high-value agreements totaling over $200 million. My role has also involved providing strategic legal counsel on operational and regulatory matters, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address legal issues, and supporting business operations effectively.

In addition to my legal expertise, I am passionate about training and capacity building, having delivered workshops that enhance understanding of compliance and dispute resolution processes. I am committed to continuous learning, currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) while actively contributing to community initiatives focused on child rights.
