What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue work in international organizations on human rights, accountability, oversight, evaluation, migration, and refugee protection, using legal research and evidence-based analysis to strengthen institutional integrity and support people in vulnerable situations.

I'm currently an Internal Oversight Intern at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, where I investigate allegations of misconduct, fraud, harassment, and policy violations. I assess documentary, digital, and testimonial evidence, prepare investigation reports, and recommend stronger internal controls and governance.

Previously, I supported OHCHR evaluation work in Geneva, conducting desk reviews, analysing data, drafting meta-synthesis reports, and contributing to UN SWAP, UNDIS, and evaluation guidance. My research at the Human Rights Centre Antonio Papisca focused on international human rights law, accountability, European Court of Human Rights jurisprudence, and international legal standards.

My work with UNHCR, UNICEF-supported Project MRIYA, and SocioFactor has centred on refugee integration, migration, legal assistance, and humanitarian protection. I have interviewed more than 200 Ukrainian refugees, provided multilingual interpretation and legal support, and represented refugees before Czech authorities and the Ombudsman.
