Analyzed daily, weekly, and month-to-date sales data for 50+ sales agents across multiple territories, tracking KPIs such as volume, delivery rate, target achievement, and productivity. Built structured reporting for MTD/YTD/daily sales reviews and cleaned/reconciled sales and delivery data to support accurate reporting.

Developed and maintained interactive dashboards in Power BI and Excel to track drilling performance, rig utilization, downtime, and operational costs. Used SQL and Python for data cleaning and automating reports, and presented insights to management to support planning and revenue initiatives.

Conducted comprehensive data analysis, manipulation, and visualization using SQL, Excel, and Power BI to support informed decision-making. Audited and cleaned datasets, improved collection index and financial recovery through root cause analysis, and supported users and developers with database-related issues.

Assisted with estimation, calculation, and evaluation of monthly bills for the PHED franchise area. Ensured data integrity using data validation techniques for strategy and stakeholder review sessions, and achieved excellent performance in the trainee program.
