I'm looking to build high-impact learning solutions where I can lead curriculum, instructional design, technical content, and quality initiatives while collaborating closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

I've delivered 500+ Web-Based Training videos for enterprise clients and now lead special projects at Toss The Coin Limited, where I translate insurance software functionality into learner-ready LMS content.

I manage delivery across concurrent design projects, coordinate 10+ external marketing partners, and maintain project trackers, executive dashboards, and quality-control frameworks for technical learning videos.

At Madhi Foundation, I consulted for Tamil Nadu SCERT on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy, creating state-level curriculum frameworks, Early Childhood Education teacher-training materials, animated storyboards, and digital assessments. I also facilitated onboarding and training for 150+ team members.

My teaching foundation at Teach For India shapes how I design for real learners: I built outcome-aligned lessons and assessments, facilitated physical and virtual classrooms, and improved classroom reading productivity through targeted interventions and data tracking.
