I’m a pharmacy graduate with hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, molecular biology techniques, and routine laboratory assays. I’m comfortable working under aseptic technique in a laminar flow hood and following Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and laboratory biosafety guidelines.

In my Research Intern role at Institute of Biology Leiden (IBL), Leiden University, I performed mammalian cell culture including passaging and trypsinization, and I monitored contamination using aseptic technique. I applied PCR methods (conventional PCR, nested PCR, multiplex PCR, qPCR), including DNA/RNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, and agarose gel electrophoresis. I also performed ELISA, SDS-PAGE, and MTT cytotoxicity assays while maintaining laboratory documentation and SOP compliance.

Before that, at the National Research Centre, I worked on stem cell isolation, expansion, and maintenance, including cell viability, proliferation, and characterization assays, with structured GLP documentation. I’ve also developed strong patient-facing discipline as a Community Pharmacist through accurate prescription dispensing and medication counseling.
