Daksh Ghaatiya

I’m a finance professional and founder with hands-on experience in investment banking-style modeling, investor relations materials, and data-backed decision support. I’m currently building VahanShare, an AI-powered logistics-tech startup focused on monetising unused cargo capacity on commercial vehicle return routes across Delhi NCR.

In seed-stage execution, I built full investor materials end-to-end—pitch deck, a $500K SAFE note at a $4M cap, and a detailed financial model—along with an 8-week product validation roadmap. I also conducted 40+ shipper and transporter discovery interviews, mapping a ₹18,000 Cr+ serviceable market for last-mile freight in Delhi NCR.

I bring an AI-enabled workflow mindset to finance and research. Using Claude AI and large language models, I automate competitive research, financial projections, and investor outreach workflows—turning repetitive analysis into faster, more consistent output.

Beyond my startup, I’ve supported portfolio-company budgeting, internal reporting, and investor-facing fundraising materials at Ekara Financials (Remote), and completed structured training at Marquee Equity focused on deal frameworks, three-statement integrated modeling, and valuation (DCF and comparables). I’m also building my network and leadership through directing an early-stage incubator at the University of Delhi.
