What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead pharmacy operations where medication safety is non-negotiable—using my background in diversion mitigation, scheduling, and clear communication to build a high-performing team and improve patient care.

I’m a Pharmacy Manager at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo, leading pharmacy work with “Attention to detail” and a deep commitment to “patient Medication Safety.” Since September 2012, I’ve managed day-to-day “Operations, Scheduling,” and I bring “clear communication” to every workflow—strengthening both team performance and patient outcomes.

My career blends leadership with clinical pharmacy across multiple settings, including Pharmacy Supervisor (September 2011–September 2012), Hospital/Dialysis pharmacy practice (September 2011–September 2012), and earlier Hospital Pharmacist (March 2005–July 2009) and Community Pharmacist (August 2004–March 2005). I’ve been recognized with “Pharmacist Management Employee of the Year” (2013), and I’ve supported education through precepting and “Guest Lectures,” including work related to insulin therapy topics such as neonatal hypoglycemia and pharmacokinetics/endocrinology/pharmacodynamics.
