At BMC, I managed enterprise platform modernization and AI-enabled technology initiatives, coordinating business, product, engineering, architecture, security, compliance, and vendor teams. I aligned platform roadmaps with target-state architecture, workflow orchestration, data-handling standards, and business objectives.
I led discovery and requirements workshops, then coordinated implementation across enterprise applications, integrations, knowledge-management processes, and workflow capabilities. I also directed testing and release readiness, from SIT and UAT through deployment and operational stabilization.
Across enterprise delivery work, I managed project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource forecasts. I established governance for regulated environments and produced executive dashboards and KPI reports using tools including Jira, Confluence, Clarity, and ServiceNow SPM.
