What I'm looking for
I’ve spent my career at Sasfin Bank and African Bank building strong technical support foundations and then moving into test automation. From service desk and desktop support through support engineering, I’ve focused on diagnosing issues quickly, following change control, and delivering reliable outcomes within SLA expectations.
In my current role as an Automation Tester, I design automated tests across application layers (including positive and negative coverage), execute scripts, and maintain test suites to keep software functionality dependable. I collaborate with development teams, contribute to manual testing to improve coverage, and handle performance and functional testing so bugs are identified fast and quality is consistently upheld.
