I'm looking to apply market research, data analysis, KPI tracking, and strategic planning to help businesses improve customer retention and make informed commercial decisions.

At EMCALI E.I.C.E.E.S.P., I collected cross-functional commercial, technical, and operational data to support a SWOT assessment for the Energy Business Unit's marketing function. I also helped draft an Immediate Action Plan focused on retaining critical industrial and public-sector customers in Colombia's Non-Regulated Energy Market.

I'm completing a degree in Marketing and International Business while pursuing a specialization in Digital Business Management. I use Excel, SPSS, market research, KPI analysis, and executive reporting to turn business information into actionable retention strategies.
