At AWWG, I work across online logistics, e-commerce, and supply chain projects, connecting business requirements with Business Technology to deliver projects end to end.

I designed and deployed Power BI dashboards for operational tracking and executive decision-making, and defined and monitored online-channel KPIs such as fulfillment times, transit times, stock positioning, and accuracy.

In supply chain improvement, I supervised and continually improved international supply chain and distribution logistics across physical and digital channels. I also participated in international system implementation projects, including the operational SAP rollout in India.

Earlier, I managed international consulting and infrastructure projects at IDOM Consulting, Engineering, Architecture, including budget oversight for projects up to €4M.
