Courtney Lennon
@courtneylennon
I build healthcare compliance programs, policies, audits, and accreditation readiness from regulatory requirements.
What I'm looking for
I currently lead policy, compliance, QAPI, fraud, waste and abuse, licensure, and accreditation readiness for Allegiant Care Plus, a Medicaid-enrolled home health and HCBS waiver agency. I wrote its 206-page operations and personnel policy manual, emergency preparedness program, and FWA prevention program.
I translate CMS Conditions of Participation, state licensure regulations, Medicaid requirements, and payer guidance into organization-wide policies, audits, and corrective actions. I led full Indiana home health licensure and now manage Medicare certification and Joint Commission readiness alongside concurrent compliance workstreams.
Previously, I drafted and published written directives in Howard County Police Department’s Quality Assurance Division and administered PowerDMS. My work across healthcare, law enforcement, and legal settings is grounded in regulatory research, investigations, billing integrity, records review, and disciplined project delivery.
