What I'm looking for

I am looking for opportunities that allow me to grow in IT support and network management.

I am an aspiring IT professional currently pursuing an A1 Degree in ICT at IPRC Karongi University, expected to graduate in May 2025. My journey in the IT field began with internships at Kacyiru Hospital and Algorithm Inc., where I gained hands-on experience in network support and IT troubleshooting. I have developed a strong foundation in providing technical assistance and maintaining network infrastructure.

During my internship at Kacyiru Hospital, I provided essential IT support to hospital staff, ensuring that technical issues were resolved promptly. At Algorithm Inc., I assisted customers in understanding and utilizing the Ishyiga™ software solutions, further enhancing my customer service skills. I am passionate about leveraging technology to solve problems and improve user experiences.
