What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help athletes, teams, and organizations build practical performance skills through assessment, psychoeducation, and tailored coaching in communication, focus, confidence, resilience, and leadership.

At Motivation Coaching Inc., I create personality and behavioral profiles, deliver tailored presentations, and manage operational scheduling and website updates.

I combine performance psychology with John Maxwell, Extended DISC, and Judgment Index assessments to help teams strengthen communication, leadership, focus, and difficult conversations.

I also support competitive climbers through psychoeducation and activities focused on resilience, confidence, motivation, goal setting, and team building for regional competition and beyond.

My background includes coaching high school football, lacrosse, and baseball, as well as client-facing program, admissions, and benefits roles. I hold a master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology.
