At Sourcegraph, I manage the Code Plane team, building AI products developers and agents use to review and change code across enterprise repositories. I built PR Routing, which directs pull requests to review workflows, and Diff Tour, which guides reviewers through a change.
At Oracle Labs, I led an engineering and research organization and served as lead architect of an open, framework-agnostic standard for AI agents. The platform was used by hundreds of engineers and helped make delivery cycles about 70% faster.
I founded HomeAI and built its agentic AI product end to end, from an empty repository to more than 500 clients and acquisition by a Swiss proptech. At Credit Suisse, I built a data science organization and delivered $8.5M in value under governance, model-risk, and privacy controls.
My work spans AI platforms, agentic systems, and machine learning in production. I’m also an inventor on 10 patents and have published peer-reviewed research in NLP, sequence, and generative modeling.
